By downloading, installing, or using the LucidCue application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

LucidCue is a watchOS application designed to assist users in achieving lucid dreaming through reality tests using Apple Watch. The App provides haptic feedback in response to user movements.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of the App.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App and its content (including but not limited to software, images, text, and design) are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by updating the date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
